A household ledger that fills itself in
Forward a bank SMS, message the assistant on WhatsApp, or let it read receipt emails. Expenses land in a shared ledger your household can actually agree on — with per-category privacy that means "shared" never has to mean "everything".
How it works
1 · Connect a channel
WhatsApp, forwarded bank SMS, or a mailbox. The SMS forwarder runs the bank-sender allowlist on your phone, so one-time passcodes and personal messages never leave the device.
2 · Spend as usual
Most bank alerts are parsed by rules alone and never touch a language model. The ones that do are stripped of names, numbers and account tails first.
3 · Decide what the household sees
Set it once per category. Shared shows the line item; personal contributes the amount and an item count and nothing else; private is absent entirely — not even a gap.
What we will not do
- We do not keep the raw text of your messages indefinitely — it is dropped once the entry is booked, keeping only a hash and the envelope.
- We never claim end-to-end encryption. WhatsApp's encryption ends at the webhook, and we hold plaintext from that moment; pretending otherwise would be the easiest lie to tell and the worst one.
- We do not let one member quietly watch another. An assistant that reads your data can never be hidden from you.
